Weberneedle® Endo and Weber Medical infrared LED helmet: Innovative laser treatment for chronic pain, pain management, inflammation, inflammatory diseases and cell regeneration.
Imagine being able to sustainably reduce chronic pain and inflammation - without having to rely on medication. You could move freely again and be more efficient in everyday life. This is exactly where Weber laser therapy comes in. It offers a gentle yet effective solution that activates the body's self-healing powers and provides targeted support for the healing process.

Our applications individually combined for you
The Weberneedle® Endo-System combines the advantages of laser therapy with the principles of acupuncture. The healing light is introduced directly into deeper layers of tissue with the help of extremely fine laser needles. This procedure is particularly effective for
- Chronic pain, e.g. in joints or muscles
- Local inflammation and tension
- Regeneration after injuries
Intravenous laser therapy uses gentle laser light to stimulate the blood directly and support the entire organism. Different laser colours are guided through a fine cannula into a vein in the crook of the elbow or forearm. There it activates the mitochondria, increases ATP production and sustainably improves cell function. In this way, complaints can be specifically alleviated at the source and healing processes promoted.
Areas of application:
- Chronic diseases:
Diabetes, liver and kidney diseases, lipometabolic disorders - Cardiovascular problems:
High blood pressure, heart disease - Pain & inflammation:
Rheumatism, fibromyalgia, polyneuropathies - Neurological disorders:
Multiple sclerosis, tinnitus, macular degeneration - Psychological complaints:
Depression, burnout, anxiety disorders, CFS - Immune system & regeneration:
Allergies, eczema, Lyme disease - Increased performance:
Improvement of physical and mental vitality, sports performance
The Weber Medical infrared LED helmet was specially developed for neurological and cerebral applications. It emits targeted infrared light impulses that penetrate the skullcap and thus promote blood circulation and cell regeneration in the brain. The helmet is ideal for:
- Neurological diseases such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's or dementia
- Support for long Covid, fatigue syndromes and cognitive disorders
- Improving concentration and memory performance
- Reduction of depression and anxiety
- The infrared light has an anti-inflammatory effect, promotes cell regeneration and helps to restore the natural balance in the nervous system
Scientifically proven effects:
- Increase in ATP production and thus more energy for the nerve cells
- Improvement of cerebral blood circulation and oxygen supply
- Stimulation of neurogenesis and synapse formation for better brain performance
- Reduction of inflammation and oxidative stress in the brain
- Improvement in sleep quality and mood stabilisation
Clinical protocols of the LED infrared helmet can be found here.
Light as medicine
Weber laser therapy utilises the targeted power of laser light to effectively treat ailments. Six laser colours - red, green, blue, yellow, infrared and ultraviolet - are individually adjusted to the clinical picture.
Infrared: 810 nm
The infrared radiation penetrates particularly deep into the tissue, where it has a lasting effect - especially on the mitochondria and cellular energy production.
- Increase ATP production to improve cell energy
- Promotes microcirculation and improves oxygen supply to the tissue
- Deep relaxation of the muscles and relief of chronic pain
- Anti-inflammatory effect through reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokines
- Stimulation of repair and regeneration processes at cellular level
- Support for mitochondrial function - important for neurological diseases and long Covid
- Positive effects on nerve cells by promoting neuroplasticity
Red: 635 nm
ATP increase
- Improvement of immunological activity
- Increase in the various immunoglobulins
- Reduction of pathological circulating immune complexes with a reduction in CRP in acute and chronic inflammation
- Stimulation of interleukin-1-alpha, interleukin 8, TNF-alpha and interferon-gamma (wound healing)
- Activation of the phagocytic activity of macrophages in connection with structural modifications
- Increase in lymphocyte activity: increase in the number of lymphocytes and positive influence on T helper and suppressor T cells
- Positive influence on the rheological properties of the blood
- Increase cell activity and microcirculation
- Increase the amount of oxygen in the blood
- Stimulation of the metabolism
- Calming of nerves and heart rhythm
- Muscle relaxation
- Fat loss and cholesterol reduction
Green: 532 nm
- Improvement of function and cell elasticity of the erythrocytes
- Increased activity of the erythrocyte sodium-potassium ATPase
- Stimulation of fibroblast growth with an improved effect on glucose metabolism
- Reduction in the viscosity of the blood
- Improved blood circulation and oxygen supply
- Activation of repair processes
Blue: 405 and 447 nm
The blue laser is used in particular for inflammatory processes, as it is now known to have a very strong anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effect when administered intravenously.
- Decrease in cholesterol, triglycerides, blood glucose and bilirubin
- Increase in immunological activity
- Increase in NO production (NO = nitric oxide), which subsequently leads to improved microcirculation
- Increasing NO production activates telomerase and thus inhibits the breakdown of telomeres, which are responsible for our life expectancy, so that the therapy also has a strong anti-ageing effect.
- Wound healing
- Improvement of oxygen utilisation in the tissue
Yellow: 589 nm
- Mood-enhancing effect, especially in combination with hypericin (natural antidepressant) by stimulating the serotonin and vitamin D metabolism
- Therapy for panic attacks and anxiety disorders
- Detoxifying effect
UV: 375 nm
UV light irradiation strengthens the immune system and thus the entire organism through the following therapeutic effects:
- Improves the oxygen absorption of the tissue
- Prevents the replication of viruses, bacteria and fungi
- Improves blood circulation and prevents platelet aggregation
- Improves blood circulation by dilating blood vessels
- Improves the body's ability to detoxify and break down toxins
- Improves oxygen utilisation in the tissue
- Activates cortisone-like molecules (sterols) in vitamin D
- Restores the normal size and mobility of fatty elements

Light is life. With the right energy, we can stimulate healing at cellular level.
Frequently asked questions, clear answers
Weber laser therapy is considered to have few side effects. In rare cases, slight skin irritation may occur due to detoxification processes.
- Diagnosis and choice of therapy:
The appropriate laser colours and method (e.g. intravenous or external application) are selected depending on the symptoms and clinical picture. - Carrying out the radiotherapy:
The laser is either directed at the affected area of the body or inserted into a blood vessel (vein) using a special light guide. - Duration of treatment:
A session usually lasts between 20 and 60 minutes. Several sessions are usually required to achieve lasting results.
